How we work

We personally speak with every shortlisted candidate to verify their technical experience, motivation, project history, and communication skills.

We handle the entire hiring process from screening and salary negotiations to offer management and post-hire onboarding and follow-up ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction long after the offer is accepted.

Our network includes professionals in software development, data engineering, AI, DevOps, and network engineering, primarily at mid- to senior-level. We recruit both local-to-local hires and remote roles, with placements across Poland – in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk, Katowice and beyond – as well as Germany, Switzerland, Israel, the UAE, and further afield.

Why hire remote developers from Poland and Central Europe?

Central and Eastern Europe has quietly become one of the most dependable places in the world to source engineering talent, and the reasons are structural rather than fashionable.

The first is the sheer depth of the talent pool. According to industry analysis drawing on Statista data, the CEE region is home to more than 3.5 million employed ICT specialists – a larger pool than either Latin America or India when measured by subregion. Poland sits at the centre of it: the Polish Investment and Trade Agency’s 2025 IT sector reporting puts the country’s developer population at roughly 600,000, more than a quarter of the entire CEE development community. For a client, that depth means a role can be filled from a genuinely competitive field rather than from whoever happens to be available.

The second is quality. In HackerRank’s well-known cross-country analysis of coding-challenge performance, Polish developers placed third in the world overall and first specifically in Java, ahead of much larger talent-exporting nations. (This particular ranking reflects an established dataset rather than a live annual index, so we cite it as a directional indicator of Poland’s engineering strength rather than a real-time score – but it is consistent with Poland’s repeated strong showings in international programming contests and mathematics education rankings.)

The third – and in day-to-day terms often the most valuable – is time-zone and cultural alignment. Polish and CEE engineers work in the CET/CEST time zone, giving Western European clients an almost complete overlap of working hours and, for UK and Scandinavian teams, a full shared business day. That means real-time collaboration – daily stand-ups, live code reviews, pair programming – rather than the overnight hand-offs that come with far-offshore models. Shared European business norms and a direct communication style tend to make integration into an existing team materially smoother.

None of this is a criticism of other sourcing regions, each of which has its own strengths. It is simply why, for a company that wants strong engineering, real-time overlap, and EU-standard legal and data-protection frameworks in a single package, CEE is difficult to beat.

Which IT roles and technologies do we recruit for?

Our focus is squarely on mid- to senior-level technical talent, where the cost of a mis-hire is highest and where genuine vetting matters most. In practice, the roles we fill most often include:

  • Software engineers and software developers across back-end, front-end, and full-stack profiles, working in ecosystems such as Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go.
  • DevOps engineers and cloud engineers with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and the major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Data and AI specialists, including data engineers, machine-learning engineers, and MLOps profiles.

  • Network engineers and infrastructure specialists for organisations with more traditional or hybrid environments.
  • Engineering leadership and specialist niche roles, sourced through executive search and headhunting where a targeted, discreet approach is required.

Because we recruit both for local-to-local positions and for fully remote roles, we can support everything from a single senior hire in Warsaw to a distributed team spread across several countries.

What IT recruitment services do we offer?

We provide a full range of IT recruitment services, so that clients can choose the engagement model that fits their situation rather than being pushed toward a one-size-fits-all product:

  • Permanent recruitment (direct hires) – sourcing, screening, and placing candidates who join your company directly.
  • IT staff augmentation – adding vetted remote engineers to your existing team on a flexible basis, without the overhead of permanent headcount.
  • Employer of record (EOR) – engaging talent in jurisdictions where you have no legal entity, with the contractual and payroll obligations handled compliantly on your behalf.

  • Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) – running all or part of your hiring function as an extension of your own team, useful when volume spikes or when you are standing up a new R&D center.
  • Executive search and headhunting – a targeted, confidential approach for leadership and hard-to-fill specialist roles.
  • Project management and delivery support – for clients who need help coordinating a build rather than simply filling seats.

Across all of these, we work with the contracting model that suits the role and the market – including permanent employment contracts and B2B contracts, the latter being the dominant engagement model for senior Polish engineers who invoice as sole traders. Whatever the model, we ensure the process is compliant with GDPR and the other relevant rules of law that apply to cross-border hiring, so that data handling and contracting never become an afterthought.

How do we approach vetting and onboarding?

Vetting is where we spend most of our effort, because it is where most of the risk sits. Every shortlisted candidate speaks directly with one of our recruiters before they ever reach a client. We verify technical experience against real project history, confirm motivation and notice period, and assess communication skills in the working language of the role. For technical depth, we probe the specifics – architecture decisions, trade-offs, and the reasoning behind them – rather than relying on a keyword-matched CV.

Onboarding does not end when the contract is signed. We stay involved through the critical first weeks, checking in with both sides, smoothing out the practical friction that always accompanies a new hire, and stepping in early if expectations need realigning. This post-hire follow-up is one of the reasons our placements tend to last, and it is central to the kind of HR consulting relationship we want to have with clients – closer to an advisory partnership than a transactional CV-processing service.

Who we work with

What industries and clients do we serve?

We work with technology companies, product businesses, and enterprises across a range of sectors – from software houses and fintech through to more regulated environments such as healthcare, where compliance, data protection, and candidate quality carry particular weight.

Our clients are based primarily in Europe, Israel, and the USA, and many of them come to us precisely because they need talent that can operate across those markets rather than within a single one.

Why do clients and candidates stay with us?

Having built the firm on experience rather than a sales playbook, we are transparent with both clients and candidates. We do not overpromise, and we would genuinely rather decline a recruitment project than accept it and fail on delivery. What we have noticed over more than six years of providing IT recruitment services is that clients value that honesty and integrity – often more than they expected to.

Being a founder-led company, we are not tied to the KPIs or revenue targets that our colleagues in large corporations must comply with. For us, building a good, working partnership with our clients – reflected in a high job fill ratio, a strong time to hire, and low IT-specialist attrition – matters far more than showing a long list of open positions on a careers page that are very unlikely to be filled.

The same principle applies to our candidates. We do not overpromise, and we do not collect CVs for jobs that are not real; every role on our careers page is genuine. That is why we aim to provide real HR consulting rather than acting as a transactional CV processor. Many of our candidates stay in touch with us for years after they have been placed, as do the outsourced IT professionals working through us – and when one project finishes, we do our best to offer them the next one.
