Your data is processed for the duration of services or asserting claims related to them. If the data were processed for the purpose of pursuing claims (e.g. in debt recovery proceedings), the Administrator processes data for this purpose for the period of limitation of claims, resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code. The data is deleted or anonymized after the deadlines specified in the law or at your request, to the extent possible.
The use of the Administrator’s services is completely voluntary, however, he is obliged by law to process data. In this case, failure to provide data may result in denial of service.
