Users of the Website are not, as a general rule, required to submit any content while using it. However, users may have the opportunity to provide content when completing the contact form or posting a comment on the Website using tools made available for that purpose by the Owner. In all cases where users submit content, they are required to comply with the rules set out in these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>POINT OF CONTACT<\/strong> \u2014 The Owner designates the email address kontakt@demo.agencjacudo.pl as its single point of contact. The Owner designates Polish and English as the languages for communication with its point of contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedure for reporting Illegal Content and acting in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any individual or entity may notify the Owner of the presence of specific information which that individual or entity considers to constitute Illegal Content by sending an email to kontakt@demo.agencjacudo.pl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The notification should be sufficiently precise and adequately substantiated. To this end, the Owner enables and facilitates the submission of notifications to the above email address containing the following elements: (1) a sufficiently substantiated explanation of the reasons why the individual or entity considers the reported information to constitute Illegal Content; (2) a clear indication of the precise electronic location of the information, such as the exact URL or URLs, and, where applicable, additional information enabling the identification of the Illegal Content according to the type of content and the specific type of service; (3) the name and email address of the individual or entity submitting the notification, except where the notification concerns information considered to relate to one of the offences referred to in Articles 3\u20137 of Directive 2011\/93\/EU; and (4) a statement confirming the good-faith belief of the individual or entity submitting the notification that the information and allegations contained therein are accurate and complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A notification as described above shall be considered to provide sufficient grounds for actual knowledge or awareness for the purposes of Article 6 of the DSA in respect of the relevant information, where it enables the Owner, acting with due diligence, to identify the illegal nature of the relevant activity or information without a detailed legal examination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Where the notification includes the electronic contact details of the notifying individual or entity, the Owner shall, without undue delay, acknowledge receipt of the notification. The Owner shall also, without undue delay, notify that individual or entity of its decision regarding the information to which the notification relates, providing information on the available means of redress against that decision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Owner shall process all notifications received through the above mechanism and take decisions regarding the notified information in a timely, non-arbitrary and objective manner and with due diligence. Upon identification of such content, the Owner shall decide whether to remove or prevent access to the content, or otherwise restrict its visibility, or take other measures it deems necessary (e.g. contacting the author to address concerns and request amendments).
